Activities
Various good restaurants are available at 5 to 10 minutes distance by car, many of them with reasonable prices. Il Sottobosco and Viamaggio are well known for their high quality cooking and are 5 km away from Arsicci. In Caprile, 4 km away, there are two agriturismos with good regional cooking.
Horse-riding organizations and tennis yards may be reached in few minutes. Twenty minutes by car bring you to the Montedoglio lake where you can go in for windsurfing or sailing. In Badia Tedalda you may organize one or two days horse riding tours on the local Appennino tracks
Few hours walks or one day trekking tours may be organized from Arsicci to the Tiber or Marecchia spings or to Montecasale or Cerbaiolo monasteries. The owner’s experience and documentation is available to the guests for the area wich links Alpe della Luna to the Falterona passing through Viamaggio, Fumaiolo, Mandrioli pass, La Verna and Camaldoli. When available the owner may organize the tours and go with the guests.
Three mountain bikes are available. Possible tours documentation is also available to guests.
The roads leading to Arsicci are particularly apt for motorcycle tours and sport driving. The motorcycle fans know very well the road connecting Sansepolcro to Rimini and San Marino. The Italian world champions have been fans of this area. The garage is available for the guest’s motorcycles.
